The estate's second wine. Less powerful than Yacochuya but equally expressive of the Cafayate terroir: structure, ripe high-altitude fruit, and a balanced contribution from French oak. Made by Michel Rolland and Marcos Etchart.
WINE PROFILE
Blend of 85% Malbec and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon from Finca Yacochuya, Calchaquí Valleys, Cafayate, Salta, at 2,035 meters above sea level. Hand-harvested. Malolactic fermentation in barrel. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
SUGGESTED PAIRING
Very comfortable with grilled meats, Argentine barbecue, lamb, and semi-cured cheeses.
