Collection: Rosé Wines
To make a rosé wine, red grapes—like Malbec or Syrah—are harvested and left in contact with their skins for just a few hours (short maceration), enough to tint the must with that pale pink color, without extracting tannins. Then the juice is separated from the skins and fermented at a low temperature, just like a white wine, to preserve its freshness and fruity aromas. The result is a light, dry, and fruity wine, ready to be enjoyed young and well chilled.
