WINE PROFILE
Blend of 60% Malbec (Los Chacayes) and 40% Pinot Noir (Gualtallary), Uco Valley, Mendoza, at 1,050 meters above sea level. Manual harvest with refrigeration at 6°C. The Malbec is pressed with whole clusters at low pressure; the Pinot Noir undergoes 4 hours of maceration in the press. Fermentation in stainless steel at 12-14°C. No oak aging. %
