Collection: Merlot

Merlot arrived in Argentina with European immigrants at the end of the 19th century, along with Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon, although historically it was relegated to a secondary role in blends. It brings softness to wine: rounded tannins, aromas of plum and black cherry, and a pleasant palate ready to be enjoyed young. Compared to Cabernet Sauvignon, it is its more docile version: while Cabernet needs aging to soften, Merlot is born ready to drink.
