An iconic wine from Bodegas Salentein that pays homage to the Uco Valley in its name. Each varietal is fermented separately — the Malbec in French oak barrels and the Cabernet Sauvignon in 7,000-liter wooden vats — and then blended after 6 months, returning to barrels to finish aging. The result is a blend of great structure, aromatic complexity, and excellent aging potential. 90 points Tim Atkin.
