WINE PROFILE
It is a varietal Malbec (100%) primarily from the Angelica vineyard (Lunlunta, Mendoza). It has a medium to medium-full body, with soft tannins and good structure. According to the official technical sheet, it has 12 months of aging in French and American oak, which adds complexity without losing the fruity profile of Malbec.
SUGGESTED PAIRING
It pairs very well with grilled meats, empanadas, pastas with intense sauces, and also with more elaborate dishes such as stews or braised meats where the wine can complement the intensity without losing balance.
