The most representative Chardonnay of the winery. It comes from blocks III and VI of Chacra 22, Otronia's oldest vineyards, in sandy-clay soils. Without malolactic fermentation, all the natural acidity of the Patagonian terroir remains intact in the glass.
WINE PROFILE
100% organic Chardonnay from Blocks III and VI, Chacra 22, Sarmiento, Chubut, Patagonia. Direct pressing, static settling and fermentation at 15°C. No MLF. Aged for 16 to 19 months in untoasted French oak foudres.
SUGGESTED PAIRING
Very compatible with fish, seafood, poultry, and semi-hard cheeses.
