Otronia's entry-level Pinot Noir. It's a blend of lots from different blocks and soils of the estate, assembled through tasting to create the best combination that expresses the Sarmiento terroir. Minimal intervention, gentle maceration, and no more than ten days of contact. The vineyard speaks for itself.
WINE PROFILE
100% organic Pinot Noir from multiple blocks and plots, Sarmiento, Chubut, Patagonia. Fermentation in concrete vats with a variable percentage of whole cluster (10-50%). Gentle maceration, maximum 10 days. Aged in untoasted French oak foudres and concrete.
SUGGESTED PAIRING
Pairs very well with poultry, oily fish, mushrooms, and mild cheeses.
