Luigi Bosca De Sangre Red Blend

A Bordeaux-style blend with a Mendocinian identity. Cabernet Sauvignon from Las Compuertas and Agrelo leads the blend, with Syrah and Merlot adding complexity. Each varietal is aged separately before the final blend, which gives precision and coherence to the result.

WINE PROFILE

A blend of 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Syrah, and 10% Merlot from our own vineyards in Las Compuertas and Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. Hand-harvested. Each varietal is aged separately for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Full-bodied red with ripe tannins and well-integrated acidity.

AGING POTENTIAL

Enjoy within 6 to 8 years from harvest.

SUGGESTED PAIRING

Excellent with grilled red meats, lamb stews, rich pasta dishes, and aged cheeses.
