The only sweet sparkling wine from the winery. Based on Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from the highest vineyards of Salentein's estates in Tunuyán, it balances natural sweetness with a fresh acidity that prevents it from being heavy.

WINE PROFILE

Blend of Chardonnay from Finca El Oasis (1,150 to 1,200 m) and Sauvignon Blanc from Finca La Pampa (1,250 to 1,300 m), Uco Valley, Tunuyán, Mendoza. Shallow, stony, and highly permeable soils. Mechanical night harvest. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel. Second fermentation Charmat method. Rest on lees. Liqueur d'expédition with sweet dosage.

SUGGESTED PAIRING

Ideal with fruit desserts, lemon meringue pie, cream tarts, and blue cheeses. Also as an aperitif for festive occasions.
