Ernesto Catena Alma Negra White Blend Misterio

A secret blend from Ernesto Catena, rich, complex, and full on the palate. The varietal composition is intentionally not revealed, so that the focus is on the sensory experience and not on the label. Made with grapes from the Uco Valley, Mendoza.

WINE PROFILE

Bright yellow white with green and golden hues. On the nose, ripe pear, white fruits, white flowers, aniseed, and mineral notes with delicate vanilla from the oak. On the palate, it is unctuous and voluminous, with vibrant acidity, a creamy texture, and a persistent finish. A blend of white grapes from the Uco Valley. Aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels, 80% new.
