El Enemigo Chardonnay

El Enemigo Chardonnay is one of the most recognized white wines from El Enemigo Wines, a project created by Alejandro Vigil and Adrianna Catena. The grapes primarily come from Gualtallary, in the Uco Valley (Mendoza), a high-altitude area that provides natural freshness and good tension to white wines.

WINE PROFILE

It is a varietal (100%) Chardonnay. It presents a medium body, with good texture and a balance between freshness and volume in the mouth. The high-altitude vineyards of the Uco Valley contribute natural acidity and precision, while the aging process adds structure and complexity. The result is a white wine with a gastronomic character, designed to accompany meals and not just to be drunk as an aperitif.

It pairs very well with grilled fish, roasted chicken, pasta with creamy sauces, mushroom risotto, and semi-soft cheeses.
