El Enemigo As Bravas Malbec is one of the high-end labels from the El Enemigo Wines project, created by Alejandro Vigil and Adrianna Catena. A Malbec designed to show a more structured and profound version of the variety.

WINE PROFILE

Predominantly Malbec with a small proportion of Semillon (approx. 95% Malbec and 5% Semillon). It has a medium to high body, good concentration, and firm but balanced tannins. The Malbec provides volume and structure, while the Semillon adds tension and complexity, resulting in an intense and gastronomic red wine.

AGING POTENTIAL

It can evolve favorably for 15 years or more, depending on the vintage and storage conditions.

SUGGESTED PAIRING

Pairs very well with grilled red meats, braised lamb, slow-cooked dishes, osso buco, and aged cheeses.
