D.V. Catena Cabernet–Cabernet is a red wine from Catena Zapata made from grapes from two high-altitude vineyards in Mendoza. It combines structure, freshness, and complexity in a classic, gastronomic style.

WINE PROFILE

It is a varietal Cabernet (100%) made from Cabernet Sauvignon from two selected Catena family vineyards. According to the official description, it presents aromas of cassis and raspberries, with notes of black pepper, clove, cedar, leather, and a mineral background. On the palate, it has a medium to medium-full body, smooth texture, round tannins, and balanced acidity that gives it very good definition.
