100% Malbec from vineyards in the Calchaquí Valleys, Salta. A medium-to full-bodied red with friendly tannins, good acidity, and a fresh fruit profile that clearly differentiates it from a Malbec from Mendoza. Moderate aging in oak adds structure without masking the fruit or the character of the terroir. A balanced and approachable wine. %

SUGGESTED PAIRING

Very comfortable with spit-roasted asado, meat empanadas, locro, and stews with spices from the northwest. It also pairs well with pasta with meat sauces and semi-cured cheese boards. A wine for uncomplicated sharing at the table.
