100% Malbec from high-altitude vineyards in the Calchaquí Valleys, Salta. A medium to full-bodied red with gentle tannins and good acidity for the category. More approachable and direct than the 1831, but with the high-altitude signature clearly present. Moderate aging in oak to preserve the fruit and freshness.

SUGGESTED PAIRING
