Undoubtedly one of Argentina's great wines. It is born from a partnership between Terrazas de los Andes and Château Cheval Blanc, one of Bordeaux's most important names. The result is a blend from Mendoza with a European outlook: elegant, precise, and made to last. It's not a wine for just any night, but when it appears on the table, it makes an impression.
WINE PROFILE
A blend of Malbec and Cabernet Franc as principal varietals, with possible participation of other Bordeaux varieties depending on the vintage, from vineyards in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. A full-bodied red with firm and very well-integrated tannins, precise acidity, and a structure that balances power and finesse. Aged in new and second-use French oak barrels. A wine that doesn't seek to impress on the first sip but rather to grow in the glass and over time. %

AGING POTENTIAL
A wine with real and proven longevity. It can evolve favorably between 15 and 20 years from the vintage under proper conditions. The best vintages have even more potential.
SUGGESTED PAIRING
It deserves a table worthy of its stature. It pairs very well with quality beef cuts such as tenderloin, ribeye, or oven-roasted ribs. It also accompanies lamb dishes, game, and slow-cooked stews with spices. Hard and very aged cheeses are another good companion. A wine that calls for time, good company, and no rush.
