Salentein's classic sparkling wine. A Cuvée Spéciale made with grapes from selected plots of Finca El Oasis, with 6 months on lees that provide complexity and that toasted bread note so characteristic of the style.
WINE PROFILE
Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from selected plots of Finca El Oasis, Uco Valley, Tunuyán, Mendoza, at over 1,100 meters above sea level. Base wines made separately with protective technique. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts. Second fermentation using the Charmat method at low temperature for 20 to 30 days. Aged on lees for 6 months.
SUGGESTED PAIRING
Very comfortable with seafood, fish, poultry, risotto, and soft cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
