A 100% Pinot Noir from the Uco Valley that clearly expresses the fruity and floral profile of this grape grown at high altitudes. Fresh, straightforward, with fine and persistent bubbles.
WINE PROFILE
100% Pinot Noir from Finca El Oasis, Uco Valley, Tunuyán, Mendoza, at over 1,100 meters above sea level. Cold maceration in the press to extract the desired color. Fermentation at 16-18°C with selected yeasts. Second fermentation using the Charmat method at low temperature (13-18°C) for 30 days. Rest on lees for 3 months.

Pairs very well with seafood, salmon, sushi, poultry, and fresh cheeses. Also as an aperitif.
