Chacra 55's elder brother. The vines planted in 1932 are the oldest in the winery and produce one of Argentina's most unique Pinot Noirs. A wine for a select few: limited production, unmistakable character, and a depth that demands time and attention.

WINE PROFILE

100% Pinot Noir from vines planted in 1932 in the Río Negro Valley, Patagonia. A medium-bodied red with fine tannins, precise acidity, and a complexity that only old vines can provide. Production is very low due to the age of the vineyard, which concentrates the expression without the need for intervention. Aged in used French oak to avoid interfering with the voice of the terroir. A collector's wine with real aging potential.

AGING POTENTIAL

One of the Argentine wines with the longest journey. It can evolve favorably between 12 and 18 years from harvest under suitable conditions.

SUGGESTED PAIRING

It deserves a table specifically set for it. Lamb in elegant preparations, duck with red fruit garnishes, small game, or seasonal mushrooms. It also pairs well with aged sheep cheeses with character and age. A wine that demands time, good company, and few distractions.
