Bressia Piel Negra Pinot Noir

Bressia Piel Negra Pinot Noir is one of Bodega Bressia's most distinctive labels. Made in the Uco Valley, Mendoza, it aims to showcase a Pinot Noir with more structure and depth than is typical in Argentina.

WINE PROFILE

It is a varietal Pinot Noir (100%) from high-altitude vineyards (approx. 1050 masl). Unlike lighter Pinots, this wine has greater volume and structure, aged in French oak (around 8 months, according to the technical sheet). The result is a more intense Pinot, with good texture and a profile that combines elegance with a stronger presence on the palate.

SUGGESTED PAIRING

It pairs very well with meats such as duck or lamb, dishes with intense sauces, elaborate pasta dishes, and also oily fish like salmon or red tuna.
