The other side of Bramare. Same varietal, same winery, different terroir: the Uco Valley imparts more tension, minerality, and violet notes to the Malbec, clearly distinguishing it from the Luján de Cuyo version.
WINE PROFILE
100% Malbec from selected vineyards in the Uco Valley, Mendoza, between 900 and 1,400 meters above sea level. Alluvial, sandy, and in some areas calcareous soils. Hand harvest. Separate vinification by vineyard. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels (20% new) and a combination of second use. Bottled without fining or filtering.
AGING POTENTIAL
Can evolve very well between 8 and 12 years from harvest.
SUGGESTED PAIRING
Pairs very well with quality cuts of beef, lamb, and cured cheeses. Decanting before serving is recommended.
