WINE PROFILE
100% Malbec from high-altitude vineyards in Luján de Cuyo and Uco Valley, Mendoza. Full-bodied red wine, with firm but polished tannins and good acidity for the category. Aged in French oak barrels, which provides structure without dominating the fruit. It combines power and balance in the same glass. %

AGING POTENTIAL
It can evolve well between 8 and 12 years from the vintage under good storage conditions.
SUGGESTED PAIRING
Works very well with grilled red meats, from a weekend barbecue to a nobler cut like tenderloin or ribeye. It also pairs well with spiced meat stews, pasta with ragù, and characterful aged cheeses.
