Little Creole friend

Amiguito Criolla is one of the most relaxed labels in the Aleanna / El Enemigo universe. It is made with a minimal intervention approach and seeks a light, fresh, and very easy-drinking style.

WINE PROFILE

It is a 100% Criolla Grande from Rivadavia, Mendoza, made with whole clusters, indigenous yeasts, no added sulfites, aged in clay amphorae, unoaked, and unfiltered. Rather than thinking of it as a classic red, it's best read as a very light-colored wine, claret style, with a light body and fresh palate.

SUGGESTED PAIRING

It works very well with charcuterie boards, empanadas, pizzas, roasted vegetables, and fresh or informal cuisine.
