Collection: Catena Zapata Collection

The history of Catena Zapata is, in large part, the history of modern Argentine wine. It all began in 1902 when Nicola Catena, an Italian immigrant, planted his first vines in Mendoza. A century later, his grandson Nicolás would transform that legacy into a global vision: to elevate the vineyards towards the Andes mountain range and demonstrate that Mendoza could produce wines comparable to Europe's greatest.

With vineyards located between 900 and 1,500 meters above sea level and accolades from the world's most prestigious critics, Catena Zapata is today synonymous with Argentine excellence. Choosing one of their wines is connecting with over 120 years of history and with the family that put Malbec on the world map.
