Collection: Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Sauvignon arrived in Argentina in the 19th century and, although historically overshadowed by Malbec, it has established itself as one of the country's most important red varieties. It is mainly grown in Mendoza, in areas such as Luján de Cuyo and the Uco Valley, where the altitude and thermal amplitude provide it with good structure, firm tannins, and marked acidity. It is recognized for its notes of black fruits, green pepper, and spices, as well as a great aging potential, and is often used both in varietals and in blends with Malbec.
