Yacochuya Coquena Cabernet Sauvignon

Grapes grown at high altitudes in the Calchaquí Valleys have thicker skins due to the intense sun, which results in a varietal with good tannic structure and deep color, along with the fresh and spicy character that altitude provides.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Finca Tolombón, Calchaquí Valleys, Cafayate, Salta, at 1,700 meters above sea level. Hand harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts. %
