One of the most recognized white wines from Argentina. The name refers to the marine fossils found in the soils of San Pablo, a testament to the fact that this territory was under the sea millions of years ago. The result is an austere, mineral, and remarkably taut mountain Chardonnay. 96 points Robert Parker, 97 points Vinous, Top 10 Whites Descorchados.
