Crafted by Arnaldo Etchart and Michel Rolland since its first vintages, this is one of Argentina's pioneering premium red wines. It comes from vines over 60 years old in Finca Yacochuya, at an altitude of 2,035 meters, with a long four-week maceration and aging in new French oak.

WINE PROFILE

A blend of 90% Malbec and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon from Finca Yacochuya, Calchaquí Valleys, Cafayate, Salta, at 2,035 meters above sea level. Vines over 60 years old, furrow irrigated with spring water. Manual harvest in 18 kg boxes, second half of March and first half of April. Fermentation for 10 days at 28-30°C. Long maceration of 4 weeks in 12,500-liter stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Unfiltered. Aged for 18 months in new 225-liter French oak barrels.

SUGGESTED PAIRING

Excellent with quality beef cuts, lamb, game, and aged cheeses. Decanting one hour before serving is recommended.
