WINE PROFILE
100% Torrontés from Finca Tolombón, Calchaquí Valleys, Cafayate, Salta, at 1,700 meters above sea level. Manual harvest at low temperatures. Skin maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts. No oak aging.
