Late Harvest Torrontés is one of the most unique wines in the portfolio. The grapes are left to dehydrate on the vine until early winter in Mendoza, naturally concentrating their sugars. The result is a sweet dessert wine with the characteristic perfume of Torrontés.
WINE PROFILE
100% Torrontés from Paraje Altamira, Uco Valley, Mendoza, at 1,150 meters above sea level. Hand-harvested between mid- and late June. Gently pressed raisined grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel with specially selected yeasts for high sugar concentration. No oak aging.
SUGGESTED PAIRING
Ideal with lemon meringue pie, cream tarts, citrus desserts, and blue cheeses.
