WINE PROFILE

100% Malbec from Finca La Delfina, Paraje Altamira, Uco Valley, Mendoza, at 1,150 meters above sea level. Sandy loam soils with calcareous stones and gravel. Hand harvest. Fermentation with selected yeasts at a maximum of 28°C. Skin contact for 35 days. Aged on lees with bâtonnage. 13 months aging in French oak barrels (30% first use, 70% second use). %
