Susana Balbo Signature line wines are the ultimate expression of Susana Balbo's essence. Cabernet Sauvignon is her favorite varietal for winemaking. Hailing from Gualtallary, Uco Valley, at 1,300 meters above sea level, it is floral, spicy, and subtly mineral.

WINE PROFILE

Deep red color. Aromatic notes of cassis, blackberries, cocoa, clove, dried aromatic herbs, and well-integrated oak aging tones. On the palate, the attack is fleshy with flavors of black fruits and spices. Vibrant mid-palate with marked acidity that enhances the fruit profile, soft-textured tannins, and a long finish. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Gualtallary, Uco Valley. Aged for 13 months in French oak.
