An Exceptional Cuvée that represents the driest expression of Salentein's sparkling wine line. Without dosage sugar, all the complexity comes from the Uco Valley terroir and the 12 months on lees, which give it that characteristic note of toasted bread and dried fruits.

Blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir from our own vineyards in Uco Valley, Tunuyán, Mendoza, at 1,050 and 1,700 meters above sea level. Charmat method. Aged for 12 months on its lees. %
