One of the most interesting whites in the Escorihuela Gascón portfolio. Made with grapes from Finca El Cepillo in the Uco Valley and aged in French oak, this Sauvignon Blanc moves away from a purely fruity and fresh profile to offer something with more body and complexity.

100% Sauvignon Blanc from Finca El Cepillo, La Consulta, Uco Valley, Mendoza, at 1,100 meters above sea level. Medium-bodied white with good acidity and a fresh, defined aromatic profile. Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels, which adds texture and complexity without dominating the varietal. A Sauvignon Blanc with more weight on the palate than usual, designed for serious dining accompaniment. %

Can evolve well between 5 and 8 years from harvest, if properly stored.

SUGGESTED PAIRING

Very comfortable with baked fish, grilled seafood, salads with chicken or tuna, and grilled vegetables. Also pairs well with pasta with light sauces, vegetable tarts, and fresh or soft cheeses. A white wine to be taken seriously at the table.
