Small Batch Chardonnay

The Chardonnay from the Pequeñas Producciones line comes from San José de Tupungato, in the Uco Valley, and is carefully handled: half of the wine goes through oak, the other half does not, which provides a balanced profile between freshness and texture.

100% Chardonnay from San José de Tupungato, Uco Valley, Mendoza. Medium-bodied white, fruity and fresh, with good acidity. 50% is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, adding complexity without dominating the variety. %
