The winery's latest venture. Malbec arrived in Sarmiento as a challenge: it's a long-cycle variety in an extremely cold terroir. The 2022 harvest was the first confirmation that the experiment worked. A Patagonian Malbec with a completely different profile from Mendoza's: fresher, more vibrant, with a natural acidity that sets it apart from the first sip.

100% Malbec from Parcel 62 Sierra Silva Vineyard, Sarmiento, Chubut, Patagonia, 300 meters above sea level. Certified organic vineyards. Hand harvest. Spontaneous fermentation. 12 months aging in concrete egg.

Excellent with grilled meats, lamb, Patagonian stews, and semi-cured cheeses.
