WINE PROFILE

100% organic Pinot Noir from the Río Negro Valley, Patagonia. Light-bodied, dry rosé with good acidity and a fresh fruit profile. Made with minimal intervention to preserve the expression of the variety and the place. A rosé with nerve, far from bland or residually sweet styles.

SUGGESTED PAIRING

Very comfortable as an aperitif or informal table wine. Works well with fish and seafood, salads, carpaccios, cold pasta, and light rice dishes. Also pairs well with cuisines with a bit of spice such as Mediterranean or mild Asian.
