The wine that gave the collection its name. Legend has it that a secret stash was shared without permission by the youngest Sottano son, to such success that everyone was left speechless. Amidst anger mixed with pride, the wine was named Judas. It comes from vineyards in Perdriel, Altamira, and Gualtallary, fermented in horizontal closed barrels with entirely manual extraction. 96 points Descorchados.
