Sottano Judas Blend

The most complex expression in the Judas line. An assemblage of five distinct zones of Mendoza—Perdriel, Vista Flores, Altamira, Gualtallary, and Las Compuertas—where each varietal and each terroir contributes a different dimension. The result is a red wine with aromatic layers that reveal themselves over time in the glass.

WINE PROFILE

Blend of 70% Malbec (Perdriel, Vista Flores, Altamira, Gualtallary, and Las Compuertas), 20% Cabernet Sauvignon (Perdriel and Vista Flores), and 10% Merlot (Vista Flores), Mendoza. Soft destemming with double sorting belt for clusters and berries. Fermentation in closed French oak barrels. Aged in French oak barrels. %
