WINE PROFILE
100% Malbec from vineyards in Luján de Cuyo, Tupungato, Tunuyán, and San Carlos, between 700 and 1,070 meters above sea level. Fermentation in stainless steel with native yeasts. Aged for 9 months in French and American oak barrels, 8% new.
SUGGESTED PAIRING
Very enjoyable with grilled meats, pasta with tomato sauces, empanadas, and semi-cured cheeses.
