100% Malbec from the La Brava plot in the Calchaquí Valleys, Salta, at over 2,400 meters above sea level. A full-bodied red with firm tannins and an acidity that gives it structure and length. The plot's identity is expressed in a more mineral and taut profile than the Auténtico, with more layers and greater complexity. Aged in French oak barrels. %

Capable of evolving between 8 and 12 years from the harvest under good conditions.

SUGGESTED PAIRING

Very well suited for grilled or roasted quality red meats, especially cuts with good fat marbling. It also pairs well with lamb in all its versions and spiced meat stews with Andean influence. A wine that goes well with the cuisine of northwestern Argentina.
