The estate's vineyard in Colomé, planted in 1831, is the inspiration for this wine and a tribute to the history of Argentina's oldest operating winery. It is made exclusively from vines over 100 years old, at 2,300 meters above sea level in the Calchaquí Valleys.

WINE PROFILE

Bright ruby red. The nose is elegant and fresh, with red fruits, spices, and wild herbal notes typical of the varietal, with well-integrated toast. On the palate, it is fruity and fresh, with good volume and elegant tannins. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from百年-old vines. Aged for 18 months in first and second-use French oak barrels.
