Bressia Lágrima Canela is one of Bodega Bressia's most distinctive white wines. The name points to an emotional and sensory idea rather than a technical one: a wine designed to create a more immersive and profound experience than a classic white.

WINE PROFILE

It is a white blend of Chardonnay and Sémillon. In most references, it appears as 70% Chardonnay and 30% Sémillon, although this may vary depending on the vintage. It comes from Tupungato, Uco Valley (Mendoza), at about 1100 meters above sea level. It has 14 months of aging in new French and American oak barrels, which completely defines its style: medium to high body, unctuous texture, and great complexity. The Chardonnay provides volume and structure, while the Sémillon adds softness and balance. It is a full-bodied white, closer to a gastronomic style than a fresh aperitif wine.

AGING POTENTIAL

It can evolve favorably for 10 years or more, depending on the vintage and storage conditions.

SUGGESTED PAIRING

It works very well with oily fish such as salmon, elaborate poultry dishes, dishes with butter or cream, intense Asian cuisine, and semi-hard or aged cheeses.
