El Bramare is where Viña Cobos explores Mendoza's most outstanding microsites. The name comes from Etruscan and means "to yearn," reflecting the constant search for the truest expression of the terroir. The Luján de Cuyo version is the most classic and opulent: sweet tannins, ripe red fruit, and an enveloping profile that defines the region's traditional style.

WINE PROFILE

100% Malbec from selected vineyards in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, between 945 and 1,100 meters above sea level. Alluvial soils with clay, sand, and rock subsoil. Hand-harvested. Each vineyard is vinified separately. Aged for 18 months in French (20% new) and American (4% new) oak barrels, and second-use barrels (76%). Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

AGING POTENTIAL

Can evolve very well between 8 and 12 years from harvest.

SUGGESTED PAIRING

Very well suited to quality grilled beef cuts, lamb, and aged cheeses.
