Bianchi María Carmen Rosé

Created in tribute to María Carmen, Enzo Bianchi's life partner. An elegant, intense Rosé Blend that pays homage to an exceptional woman, made with grapes from the Uco Valley and aged in French oak barrels.

WINE PROFILE

An attractive pink rosé. On the nose, intense, fruity aromas with notes of white flowers, tropical and citrus hints, blended with hints of red fruits and vanilla from the oak aging. Complex and distinguished on the palate, fresh, with good acidity, very good volume, and a persistent finish. Blend of 35% Pinot Noir, 30% Cabernet Franc, 25% Merlot, 10% Malbec. Aged for 12 months in fourth and fifth use French oak barrels.
