The Sin Límites line is Edgardo Del Pópolo's commitment to exploring Argentina's most extreme and complex terroirs. Gualtallary is one of the most calcareous and stony soils in the Uco Valley, which gives the Malbec austerity, minerality, and filigree tannins.

WINE PROFILE

100% Malbec from Gualtallary, Uco Valley, Mendoza. Alluvial sandy soils with silt and limestone over gravels of tertiary origin. Hand-harvested. Minimal intervention in the winery. Aged in second-use French oak barrels.

AGING POTENTIAL

Excellent bottle aging potential.

SUGGESTED PAIRING

Very suitable with high-quality red meats, lamb, and well-aged cheeses. Decanting is recommended.
