An introduction to the Chacra world. Barda is the most accessible Pinot Noir from the winery, but without compromising anything essential: same Patagonian terroir, same work philosophy, same respect for the varietal. A wine to drink frequently and without ceremony.
WINE PROFILE
100% Pinot Noir from vineyards in the Río Negro Valley, Patagonia. A light to medium-bodied red, with fine tannins, good acidity, and a fresh fruit profile. Made to be drunk young, with moderate oak aging that adds without overpowering. Patagonia's cold climate clearly defines the style: more similar to a Burgundy than a southern red. %

SUGGESTED PAIRING
Comfortable with almost everything: pasta, pizza, white meats, grilled salmon, quality burgers, or a varied cheese board. A table wine in the best sense of the term.
