WINE PROFILE

100% Chardonnay from vineyards in the Río Negro Valley, Patagonia. A light to medium-bodied white, with fresh acidity and a more fruit-forward and less intervened profile than many Chardonnays from other regions. Made with minimal intervention and without seeking a style marked by oak. A clean, lively, and easy-to-pair white.

SUGGESTED FOOD PAIRING

Very versatile at the table. Works well with grilled fish, salads with protein, simple seafood, roasted vegetables, and fresh cheeses. It also effortlessly accompanies a variety of appetizers and starters.
